Karuna is a Sanskrit word translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and can also be translated as "compassionate action."

Karuna Reiki can be incorporated with USUI Reiki or any other type of Reiki. It heals very deeply on the emotional level - the past, old wounds and traumas, bad habits, addictions, depression, and helps release karma.

Karuna deepens your connection with ascended beings and spirit guides. Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. Karuna energy is stronger than USUI.
